Abstract |
A 39-year-old female presented with severe right leg pain aggravated after myelogram. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was obtained 2 and 8 days after lumbar puncture. MRI showed intervertebral disc herniation at the level of L4- L5 and subarachnoid hematoma at the level of L2. Serial MRI findings of subarachnoid hematoma were similat to those of brain hematomas. Subarachnoid hematoma was confirmed by operation. |
