Abstract
Solitary fibrous tumor(SFT) is a rare tumor that arises most commonly in the visceral pleura. But recent evidence indicated that is not restricted to the visceral pleura. This report presents a case of primary SFT occurring thoracic spine(T12) in a 33-year-old female presenting myelopathy. The tumor was intradural, intramedullary feature on L-spine MRI. Histologically, the tumor was predominantly composed of a haphazard proliferation of spindle cell separated by abundant collagen. Immuno- histochemically, the cells were strongly positive for CD34.
