Abstract |
Glioblastoma is the most common primary malignant tumor of the central nervous system whose local recurrence is more common than distant metastasis. Extracranial metastases, including spinal leptomeningeal metastases, occur in fewer than 1% of the patients diagnosed with glioblastoma. We present a case of a 28-year-old male with spinal leptomeningeal metastasis from a recurrent cerebral glioblastoma who presented with low back pain.
